Roberta Davis4 StarMario turned up promptly and had good communication and good work ethic.
He spent a lot of time with us to do the quote and explain the options.
(The only thing we would have preferred is if he had quoted us for some work instead of saying its going to cost a lot and we will have to rip up the floor. (which we were willing to do!))
Once we had agreed on work to be done and we're all on the same page his work was great. He kept us informed all along the way and helped us out a lot. He even pointed out a few things that needed dealing with as an emergency in other parts of the house.
He changed all the hardware in the house -(light switches and sockets), installed a new consumer board, electric heaters and a porch light and rewired the oven so it was earthed and safe.
We also asked him to add on a new ring to upstairs and it works well and looks good (we had it trunked and used conduit instead of ripping open walls)
His costs were a bit over other quotes but he did start the work immediately and did the job to a high standard so we are very happy we went with BES ElectricalTuesday 16th January 2024

Louise Gillane5 StarMario at BSE Electrical gave some excellent advice over the phone to assist with an issue I was having at home with sockets not working. It was really helpful and has meant I did not need to call someone out on this occasion, the fuse board just needed one of the switches put back up, tripped as a result of a bulb blowing.
