(even the EON engineer commented on the fact Steven advised us on all the necessary things we needed to do prior to him being able to fit the board, how he must have been a decent sparky! Saying ‘that’s how you know you’ve got a great sparky! As most would just disconnect the smart metre anyway regardless of what should be done!’) Steven always kept us informed and also followed up after to make sure we were happy and if any problems - which there was not!
