We had just moved into a new property and had no power or heating. We called and they sorted the problem in 3 minutes just via a photo and a really helpful phone call. Could not recommend them more! They saved us having to stay elsewhere. They also gave us some great advice regarding the state the fuse box had been left in, which helped us sort the problem with the seller.

I needed the services of a reliable electrician after a power cut messed up my fuse box. I contacted Warwickshire Electrician Services early evening on 21/09/2023 as the power had been off for almost 48 hours. They were able to come to the house on the same evening to sort out the problem. Very impressed with their responsive service and I will be looking to use the company again.

This is the first Google review I have ever left, but I cannot recommend this company enough - I was in real mess when all the power sockets went down, including broadband and the fridge freezer. It was Bank Holiday and British Gas could not send an electrician for five days and no one would help me. I called Warwickshire Electrical Services after asking directory enquiries for an emergency electrician - the electrician talked me through how to reset the system and even called me back when I inadvertently cut him off on the phone. He charged me nothing for his help and called the next day to make sure everything was okay. A really helpful, courteous and caring approach to customer services - very rare these days. If you are elderly or have elderly or vulnerable family members, I think this would be a good company to call if you need an electrician. I would now always call them first - they also work in London, as well as across Warwickshire. This is how services companies should operate. Had British Gas actually sent an electrician five days later, all they would have done was flick the right switch - why cannot British Gas have an electrician on hand to talk customers paying for Homecare Policies through how to resolve such issues? Companies like Warwickshire Electrical Services are actually doing their work for them, so I would suggest you call them first if you need an electrician.

I can't comment on the standard of their electrician services but customer service was absolutely appalling. I have been trying to book a fitting for an extractor fan with them for a couple of weeks now. It took a few days for them to come out and give a quote (as in 3 days late, the guy kept panning me off). I called back and tried to book it and again he kept panning me off. Absolutely exhausting to try and get something sorted. I've abandoned them and going with another company now. STAY CLEAR!!!

Had 3 new LED tube lights fitted inside the garage, as the garage was quite dark initially, much brighter now. Had a flood light fitted outside the garage facing the drive and the guys also did a neat job of installing my tv bracket. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high and excellent standard. Priced the job very competitively. Will use again for future work. Thanks again
